Airpoints™ for business is flying, thanks to the NZBN
Self-service capability is fundamental for Air New Zealand business customers, so when Air New Zealand was designing its Airpoints for businesses programme, automatic validation was a definite requirement.

The NZBN was a unique, credible and reliable identifier to streamline the process and remove the need for an Air New Zealand employee to manually complete registrations.

Air New Zealand launched Airpoints™ for Business in September 2015 and built the NZBN and company name into the registration process as mandatory fields. A business is immediately validated using their NZBN and can then complete registration automatically.

The process is fast and reliable and fits Air New Zealand’s “keep it simple” approach to dealing with businesses that are time poor and want to do things with the least administrative hassle.
